3 x faster, robust control
Built on the latest embedded control technology, Magma X100 enables smoother and more stable rotor operation across the entire speed range, including seamless critical speed crossing that traditionally required careful staging.
Compact system architecture
Magma X100 enables highly compact AMB system designs with double the power electronics density. It significantly reduces space requirements and can even be fully integrated into the machine for maximum space efficiency and a simplified system layout.
One platform. Three configurations.
X100 Standard
Standard workhorse of the X100 platform
Magma X100 Standard is the most common X100 AMB controller configuration, purpose-built for OEMs developing high-speed industrial machines such as compressors, blowers, ORC units, microturbines and many others.
Designed for flexible deployment in controlled industrial environments, it can be installed inside an electrical cabinet or mounted on a wall into a clean electrical room.
Engineered for serial production across the typical 20–150 kW industrial power range, Magma X100 Standard is often the preferred starting point for new X100 AMB projects and the configuration most commonly specified by OEM engineering teams.
It is built on the same controller core, firmware platform and system architecture as all X100 products, enabling feature scalability depending on application requirements.
Proven in real industrial operations, Magma X100 Standard is fully supported through our commissioning, operational support and lifecycle services – ensuring dependable performance for the life of the machine.

X100 Mini
Smallest footprint for high-volume OEM production
Magma X100 Mini is the most compact option in the X100 range, engineered for direct integration into machines where long cable connections can be avoided, space is at a premium and every millimeter matters.
It is purpose-built for applications such as fuel cell compressors, mobile applications, residential heat pumps, small turbo blowers and other next-generation systems where active magnetic bearings must fit within compact machine architectures.
X100 Mini is powered by the same controller core, firmware platform and integration interfaces as the rest of the X100 family. As your product portfolio scales, the controller platform remains the same.

Engineered for industrial machines in demanding environments
Magma X100 Pro is the most robust controller option in the X100 family, designed for reliability under heat, vibration, dust, chemical exposure and continuous heavy-duty operation. It combines reinforced housing, extended environmental ratings and increased thermal margins with the same controller core, firmware platform and integration interfaces as the rest of the X100 family.
Built for demanding applications such as chemical and process industries, semiconductor manufacturing and energy recovery systems, X100 Pro ensures dependable performance where controller reliability in harsh environments is critical to machine availability.
In the toughest environments, the right level of protection is the difference between continuous uptime and costly unplanned downtime.
